Klim's Small Batch, LLC

We are a small batch caramel business in which we use organic and unrefined ingredients, grass-fed dairy and source locally for the natural flavors that we infuse into our caramels (i.e. chocolate, coffee, bourbon, whiskey, rum spice, habanero, ginger, and lavender...or, and new flavors: Carolina reaper and cardamom. 

Our caramels make lovely (and delicious) wedding favors. If a couple would like us to create a caramel in a specific flavor, one which we don't currently make, we'll give it a shot. We're always open to trying something new/different. 

We work with Betsy Simmons-Fraser who creates specialty favor cards unique to each wedding. She also makes the menu card so that guests know which flavor each wrapper represents, in those cases where a bowl of caramels is used rather than a craft or organza bag.
